Most AI products die the same way — brilliant in a demo, broken in production. I built a two-part ML + LLM project to answer one sharp question with numbers: when a model gives a wrong or made-up answer, where do you fix it, and what does each layer of control actually buy?
I didn't start gardening to become better at my job. But somewhere between the tomatoes and the trade tickets, the two started talking to each other.
