The problem

Going from a vague product idea to a credible spec — requirements, architecture, stack, timeline, budget — is slow, and most tools lock you into paid AI calls just to try it.

Approach

Five-agent pipeline on a LangGraph state machine: requirements → clarification → architecture + tech-stack → estimation, with two human checkpoints to review and edit.
Zero-credit by default: every agent is rule-based, grounded in 81 real open-source project profiles matched by text similarity — no API call, no DB query.
An optional DEMO_MODE swaps every agent to Claude Sonnet; it is a server-side flag no request can flip, and the server refuses to start without keys when enabled.
Streaming via Server-Sent Events with asyncio human-in-the-loop pauses.

What it does

Describe an idea (or upload a PDF/DOCX); agents extract structured requirements and ask targeted gap questions.
After you approve, it designs architecture, selects a stack and estimates timeline phases + budget ranges.
Outputs a 19-section HTML report and a 5-screen interactive wireframe, saved to Supabase.

Outcome & results

Runs end-to-end on free tiers with no AI keys — Supabase + Railway + Vercel.
Same 81-project grounding in both modes; optional PostHog funnel analytics.
Deployable out of the box: Dockerised FastAPI on Railway, React on Vercel.
